WILMINGTON, Del. – September 18, 2026 – Brand Engagement Network Inc. (Nasdaq: BNAI) (“BEN” or the “Company”) today noted that Skye Africa Intelligence (Pty) Ltd (“Skye”), in which BEN is a shareholder, has been commercially commissioned to develop a conversational AI concierge for hospitality and visitor services in Tanzania, under the project name SafariOS.
Skye issued the announcement earlier today. SafariOS is Skye’s project name for that concierge. It is an independent commercial project and is not an official CAF or AFCON product.
The work was commissioned by an established Tanzanian tourism business owned by Ernest Magesa. The name refers to the visitor journey in East Africa. BEN is providing the underlying conversational AI. Skye is running the build.
Scope
SafariOS applies conversational concierge technology previously used in hospitality. The first release is hotel guest assistance — property information, housekeeping and room-service requests, dining and transport guidance, and a path to a person when one is needed. Additional visitor-journey connections will follow as participating businesses come onto the platform.
AFCON PAMOJA 2027, jointly hosted by Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda from 19 June to 17 July 2027, is useful timing for the market. The commissioned work is year-round hospitality in Tanzania.
Ownership
BEN, through its subsidiary Skye AI USA, LLC, holds a minority equity interest in Skye Africa Intelligence. Skye is majority-held by Valio Technologies. BEN does not consolidate Skye. Revenue generated by SafariOS, if and when earned, does not appear as BEN revenue unless separately contracted.
Management Commentary
“SafariOS puts conversational concierge technology to work in Tanzania’s visitor economy,” said Tyler Luck, Chief Executive Officer of Brand Engagement Network. “Skye runs the build. BEN supplies the technology and remains a shareholder.”
